Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the organisation’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities to ensure that humanitarian and development projects achieve their intended results.

• Collect, consolidate, clean and validate project monitoring data.
• Conduct field monitoring visits and assess the quality of project implementation.
• Support the development and updating of monitoring and evaluation tools, guidelines and reporting templates.
• Assist project staff and community facilitators with MEAL procedures and data collection methods.
• Prepare reports, indicator tracking tables and summaries of project findings.
• Maintain monitoring records and ensure that relevant information is properly documented and available.
• Support accountability mechanisms and encourage community participation in project monitoring.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to staff training and institutional learning.
