Dataphyte Foundation is inviting applications from qualified Nigerians for State Coordinator positions under the Nigeria Election Data Observatory (NEDO) initiative for the 2027 general elections.
Selected candidates will coordinate and supervise election observers in their assigned states, support field activities and help ensure that election observation reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree.
- Have previous experience in election observation and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Be capable of coordinating field activities, conducting training and managing people.
- Be a resident of the state for which they are applying.
Women are particularly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities of State Coordinators
Selected coordinators will supervise election observers, coordinate their activities and serve as a link between observers and Dataphyte Foundation. They may also support training, distribute observer identification materials, monitor reporting progress and help resolve field coordination challenges.
The role covers election observation before, during and after the elections, according to the organisation’s instructions. Coordinators must follow the approved observation methodology, code of conduct and reporting procedures.
