Eligibility requirements

According to the SV-NED recruitment website, applicants should have at least a Second Class Lower degree or HND Lower Credit. Candidates must have completed NYSC between 2022 and 2026 or be currently serving as corps members.

Your course of study must match the department you select. Applicants must also be willing to work in Lagos, Abuja or Nasarawa. The documents listed for upload include an updated CV, NYSC identification or certificate, and degree or HND certificate.

Training and placement

The programme website describes a 12-week training period, scheduled for three days per week, followed by certification and possible placement within an SV-NED company or partner employer. It also states that selected trainees receive a monthly allowance. The website does not state the allowance amount, so applicants should not rely on figures circulated by unofficial sources.

SV-NED says that successful trainees may progress into full-time positions. This should be understood as a possible pathway rather than a guaranteed job offer. Candidates should read the department description and selection process before submitting an application.

How to apply

Visit the official SV-NED careers website at https://careers.svnedgroup.com/ select the department that matches your academic qualification and click its application link. The process takes applicants to the SV-NED Talent Platform, where they can create a profile, upload documents and track their applications.

The organisation states that applications close on 30 November 2026. It also says that it does not charge recruitment, training or placement fees. Do not pay anyone who claims to guarantee selection or a placement.
